(Please make sure to read all of this page.)
R.P.A stands for Rebellious Penguins Army. If willing to join, just comment, tell what rank you want to be, and I will add you. If, that is, you pass my test. Here it is:
1. Have you been in an army before?
2. If so, what rank?
3. Are you willing to serve under someone else? (a.k.a. everyone higher in rank than you)
4. Are you good at disguising yourself to blend in and not attract attention?
5. Have you been playing Club Penguin for at least 45 days?
6. Did you answer all of the above questions honestly?
If you pass, you are eligible to become part of the army. The ranks are(by the way, importance is ranked by this: #1=highest, #2=2nd highest, etc, etc.):

4-Star General:Angelnymph (I know you all want to be this, but she signed up first)(#2)

Also, there are special classes of soldiers I will mention here:
Spy: Spies on opposing armies. Rank: #2-14, as they can be either useless, or incredibly useful. Spies: Sabres333
Machine Gunners: Rapid Firers. What more is there to say? Rank: #12. Machine Gunners:
Snipers: Locate the leaders of opposing armies at fire at them. Rank:#7-8 Snipers:
Now, the outfit is necessary. This is what I expect of all of you:
Members: Black Hoodie,some kind of glasses(superhero masks count), Color Black, Baseball Cap, and American Flag Pin. You can choose anything else. (If a girl, you may wear Color Pink.)
Non-Members: Color Black, the latest pin, tour guide hat, and preferably something from the latest party that happened . Go ahead and choose anything else to wear.
Note: Spies, of course, will blend in with other armies, so no dress code applies to them.
Note: Please state what rank you want to be.
